The Challenge
As global demand for Woerle’s premium cheese products continued to grow, the company needed to expand its dairy production capacity. The Solution
Partnering with Alpma/Sulbana and Staedler Automation, we spearheaded the capacity expansion by installing new milk storage tanks, CIP (Clean-in-Place) facilities, cheese presses, and salt baths. Our team integrated cutting-edge automation technologies, including Simatic TIA V17, Siemens Micromaster Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and a robust WinCC SCADA system for real-time monitoring and control. Rigorous testing and dedicated on-site support ensured a seamless commissioning process, allowing Woerle to swiftly scale up operations.
