The Challenge

The Solution

Partnering with a subcontractor of Alpma/Sulbana, we undertook the task of modernizing Allgäuer Emmentalerkäserei Leupolz’s automation infrastructure. Leveraging our expertise in Siemens TIA (Totally Integrated Automation) software and WinCC SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), we meticulously prepared the automation software to align with our high coding software standards. This involved creating comprehensive visualization interfaces using WinCC SCADA to monitor and control the entire production process seamlessly.

Upon site deployment, we conducted thorough IO tests to ensure the seamless integration and functionality of all automation components. Throughout the commissioning process, we provided invaluable on-site support, collaborating closely to troubleshoot any issues and ensure a smooth transition to the new automated system.
